In San Luis Obispo there are three classes scheduled for 2008... in February, July, and October. All classes are held at the San Luis Obispo Sportsman's Association Public Shooting Range on Highway 1 between San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay. All classes are 4 days; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 PM to 9:30 and Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 11:00. You must attend all four classes. Cost is $10 per person. You do not need to preregister, just show up on the first day of class at 6:30 PM.

Youth Hunter Safety classes are also available from Madalene Farris who schedules on an as-needed basis.
Adult family members of participating youth students (8 to 16 years old) are welcome to participate.
